– Quản lý nhân sự làm việc tại khách sạn gồm đào tạo, sắp xếp lịch làm việc, kiểm tra công việc, đánh giá năng lực, giải quyết xung đột…
– Nắm được toàn bộ hoạt động kinh doanh của khách sạn (doanh thu, Đặt hàng, quản lý tồn kho, gọi nhà cung cấp…)

• Tốt nghiệp Trung Cấp trở lên
• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, giám sát và giải quyết vấn đề, ra quyết định, kỹ năng đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên, tự tin, năng động
• Có sức khỏe tốt, chịu được áp lực công việc.
