We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to grow our social media presence, deepen engagement, and support our mission.Position Summary The Social Media Manager will oversee and grow BeWao’s presence across key social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is responsible for creating a content strategy, engaging our audience, and analyzing performance to drive community growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and data-driven, with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Strategy and Content PlanningDevelop and implement a social media strategy for each channel to align with BeWao’s brand voice, mission, and target audience.Create monthly content calendars and manage scheduling across platforms.Ensure that content aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns, app updates, and brand initiatives.2. Content Creation and CurationCollaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce compelling visuals, videos, and copy tailored to each platform.Curate and share user-generated content to foster community and showcase real user experiences with BeWaoCoordinate TikTok content development with internal KOLs and utilize her/him expertise to maximize engagement on TikTok, ensuring alignment with BeWao’s tone and mission.3. Community Engagement and ModerationEngage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a supportive, positive community. Monitor community sentiment and feedback to inform content and engagement strategies. Implement regular interactive elements such as Q&As, challenges, polls, or user stories to deepen community ties.4. Analytics and ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR) for each platform, identifying insights to refine strategy.Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights to the marketing team.Use data to optimize content strategy, boosting top-performing posts and iterating on content types.5. Trend Monitoring and InnovationStay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.Experiment with new formats and features (e.g., Reels, Stories, Lives) to keep BeWao’s content fresh and engaging.6. Collaborate on Paid Social CampaignsWork with the marketing and advertising team to align organic and paid social strategies, coordinating content and engagement for promotions.Assist with creating ad content for boosted posts, ads, and paid social campaigns that align with BeWao’s growth objectives.
