As a PA to the CEO cum Legal Assistant, this dual-role position provides high-level executive support to the CEO while also handling legal and compliance administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage confidential and legal matters with discretion. You will be the central liaison between the CEO, legal counsel, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
• Handle confidential documents, contracts, and legal correspondence.
• Prepare board materials, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Assist with reviewing contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation in collaboration with internal/external legal teams.
• Liaise with government bodies, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate legal filing systems for contracts, licenses, and compliance documentation.
• Track legal deadlines (e.g., contract renewals, filings) and coordinate required actions.
• Draft correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
• Organize executive meetings and corporate events.
• Coordinate submission of statutory documents and ensure company compliance.
• Lead and coordinate with relevant parties on all inspections to ensure the highest level of compliance across the company.• Prepare internal communications, policy documentation, and executive briefings.
• Manage confidential matters, including corporate development and business negotiations.
• Provide administrative support for legal team activities and maintain legal databases.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Executive Support
• Manage CEO’s daily schedule, priorities, and communications.
• Ensure smooth logistics for meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
• Serve as liaison between CEO and departments, partners, and regulators.
Legal & Compliance Administration
• Draft and review legal correspondence and documentation under supervision.
• Track and file compliance documentation (licenses, contracts, etc.).
• Coordinate submissions to legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and coordinate with relevant parties on all inspections to ensure the highest level of compliance across the company.
Government & Regulatory Liaison
• Assist with permits, licenses, and government relations tasks.
• Ensure compliance deadlines and statutory requirements are met.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.
Documentation & Records Management
• Maintain organized legal and corporate records (digital and physical).
• Ensure document confidentiality and proper archival standards.
• Assist in preparing board resolutions and meeting documentation.
Travel & Event Coordination
• Arrange CEO’s business travel, meetings, and accommodation.
• Plan and execute corporate meetings and events as required.
Communication & Interpersonal Coordination
• Draft internal and external communication materials.
• Represent the CEO’s office professionally and diplomatically.
Position Summary: Reporting to Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for recruitment process, include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events; expatriate services as well as employee relations. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hire.
