• Lập & triển khai kế hoạch bán hàng hàng tuần, Tháng theo chỉ tiêu quản lý giao• Hiểu rõ các tính năng của các dòng sản phẩm vải may mặc thời trang của công ty• Phân phối các dòng vải• Phát triển và chăm sóc khách hàng mới,• Theo dỏi đơn hàng và công nợ của khách hàng, và các giấy tờ liên quan ( Hợp đồng, hóa đơn ..vv)• Phân tích thị trường và các đối thủ cạnh tranh trong mảng nhà may• Nắm bắt xu hướng và nhu cầu của thị trường về vải trong nước• Báo cáo về tình hình kinh doanh và nhật kí khách hàng ( theo form mẫu )• Lập kế hoạch công tác và đi công tác các miền• Sử dụng phần mền để quản lý công việc• Triển khai kế hoạch thực hiện các công việc giám đốc giao• Tham gia các chương trình CSR của công ty• Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp,• Có cơ hội gặp gở nhiều nhóm khách hàng cao cấp

• Tư vấn khách hàng những sản phẩm công ty đang kinh doanh phù hợp hoặc kết nối họ với bộ phận thiết kế của công ty.
• Tìm kiếm, phát triển hệ thống khách thông qua kênh môi giới, kiến trúc sư, chủ đầu tư dự án......
• Đàm phán hợp đồng thiết kế và thi công thảm trải sàn khách sạn với khách hàng.
• Báo giá thiết kế và thi công nội thất cho khách hàng.

 (Báo giá, chốt hợp đồng và theo dõi tiến độ công trình đến lúc nghiệm thu ) 

• Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh, báo cáo lên cấp trên khi cần thiết. Phối hợp với các bộ phận, phòng ban khác để triển khai các chiến lược kinh doanh của công ty, quảng bá sản phẩm trên các kênh truyền thông khác nhau. 
• Quản lý và khai thác triệt để cơ sở dữ liệu khách hàng được công ty cung cấp.

In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise while supporting PO defining the roadmap and product vision. Will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand the problems and needs, subsequently translating them into business requirements and technical solutions. Job Duties:Analysis and Solution Definition Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in to define detailed requirements. Gather, organize and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources. Contributes to the conversion of business needs into functional designs and conduct product training as needed. Identifies and manages gaps, determining the effectiveness of proposed solutions and developing Business Requirements documents and models. Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution. Work closely with Product Owner to understand product vision, priority and road-map, clarify and manage product backlog. Ensure the Team understand the product requirements & backlog and the product is delivered at high quality. Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests. Ensures changes made by programmers are correct. Conducts tests using client data to be certain client needs will be met. Verifies through testing that changes made by programmers to one part of the application do not impact other parts. Operational BAU Support Ensure timely and effective resolution of application incidents, service requests, and problems Manage the incident, problem, and change management processes related to applications. Monitor application performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.  Develop and maintain comprehensive application documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for application support. Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and relevant industry standards. Quality Assurance and Testing Work with developers to ensure their solution design can satisfy user stories and acceptance criteria Ensure acceptance criteria and any other test conditions are met before concluding a story is complete Ensure that clear testing plans have been documented and executed before releasing software Work with the development team to ensure automated testing is baked into the solution Identify and document system deficiencies and recommended solutions Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., development, infrastructure, security) to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.  Communicate effectively with business stakeholders about application status, incidents, and planned maintenance.  Manage escalation paths and ensure timely communication of critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
