Perform tasks related to office and building administration, equipment asset management and support for human resource event activities, internal communications and company cultureOFFICE AND BUILDING ADMINISTRATION1. Implement and manage activities at the office2. Manage timekeeping and timekeeping report data3. Arrange meeting rooms, common offices, pantry (facilities, parking, air conditioning, dining, electricity and water, internet, common machinery and equipment, stationery.)4. Setup meeting schedule5. Manage company vehicles/using taxi cards6. Support building entry and exit for staff and visitors, bring out assets, overtime proceduresEQUIPMENT ASSETS MANAGEMENT1. Buy, sell and stock computers work equipment, phones, fax machines, printers, scanners, connection devices2. Periodically inventory and inspect equipment assets3. Check, repair, and maintain equipment and offices when damaged4. Carry out procedures for buying and selling assets and making payments with Accounting & Finance Dept.5. Propose develop, implement and manage solutions to improve the quality of effective office managementEVENTS, INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS & COMPANY CULTURE1. Implement and support company events, internal communications and company culture (general parties, group parties...)2. Participate in supporting human resources events, company events, internal communications (content writing), creating image documents, supporting movement activitiesOTHER TASKS1.
