Mô Tả Công Việc :
– Lên kế hoạch MKT cho thương hiệu và báo cáo cho khách hàng
– Theo dõi và phân tích hiệu quả các chiến dịch để điều chỉnh kịp thời
– Các công việc khác theo chỉ định của ban lãnh đạo
Yêu Cầu Công Việc :
– Độ tuổi : 28-35
– Tốt nghiệp đại học ngành Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
– Kinh nghiệm làm việc ít nhất 3 năm trong lĩnh vực marketing.
– Tiếng anh đọc viết tốt ( Đính kèm các chứng chỉ tiếng anh trong CV )
– Khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm, quản lý thời gian hiệu quả.
– Nhiệt tình, trung thực, trách nhiệm

Job Description:
Assist in checking invoice against purchase order/ purchase requisition, market list, grocery list or beverage order
list for validity of the delivery.
Assist in checking the price, quantity and other specifications, and inspect the quality of the incoming goods.
Assist in checking the delivery to the designated location.
• Responsible for Actively manage key property issues (including capital projects; customer service; refurbishment)
• Assist the development of achievable hotel budgets and other short and long-term hotel strategic goals
• Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded
• Respond to audits that are completed by the company or external ones, to ensure continual improvement is achieved
• Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations. Comply and exceed hotel and company Service Standards
• Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to rectify where needed
• Coach and develop the Heads of Department reporting to him/her, through objective setting and personal development, to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company
• Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team
• Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis.
• Ensures brand and regional business initiatives are implemented and communicates follow-up actions to team as necessary.
b. Ensures core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results.
c. Performance
- Responsible for creating, analyzing and managing P&L, ensuring the achievement of the KPIs in the budget or forecast for the MVP Danang Riverfront through activities such as:
- Direct cost control
- Creation of accurate cost breakdowns
- Control of wastage and food waste management
- Personnel cost optimization
- Revenue control and optimization
- Analysis of revenues and products sold
- Regular Business Reviews
- Creation of the annual CAPEX requirements
- Creation of the annual OPEX requirements
d. Human Resources
• Be knowledgeable of the development plans and tools in Human Resources and promote their use (Melia Home, climate, E-melia, development plans, Inspiring Opportunities, Melia Talk, Graduates Programs, Code of Ethics...).
• Identify high potential staff and actively participate in the development of the team
• Receives potential candidates for HoDs and validates the final candidate. Supports HoDs in the validation of the candidates for Assistant HoDs in the hotel and is informed about candidates for general staff positions.
• Responsible for onboarding in the hotel with the support of HR and the HoD, ensures compliance with the entire onboarding process for HoDs and general staff.
• Responsible for the implementation of Melia, Let’s Talk, attendance and follow-up.
• Acts as the hotel Head of Emergencies in all matters related to occupational safety and responsibility for customers.
• Participates in the service culture and brand induction sessions of the hotel team, being the host of them.
• Identifies training needs at the service level for the hotel team.
