Talent Acquisition Operations• Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offernegotiation, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, qualifiedcandidates through platforms• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on talent needs, andalign recruitment strategies with business objectives.2. Employer Branding• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that directly support talent acquisitiongoals, attracting diverse, high-caliber candidates across various industries and careerstages.• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as professional associations,online communities, and industry event organizers, to enhance recruitment pipelinesthrough targeted branding efforts.• Represent the company at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events,using compelling branded content to showcase the company’s culture, values, and careeropportunities to prospective candidates.3.
