- Visual Guidelines - Develop and implement brand visual guidelines based on the HQ-provided brand manual to ensure creative assets across all communication channels maintain a consistent style, establishing TECNO's unique and cohesive visual identity. Able to independently create product concept visuals and main key visuals (KVs).- Industry Insights - Monitor industry trends, pop culture, marketing events, online trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and creative strategy, organize and share insights with the team.- Creative Planning - Based on industry insights and product selling points, develop creative ideas and write proposals. Oversee the creative development process from concept ideation to execution, ensuring all content aligns with company guidelines and campaign objectives. - Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce visually impactful and engaging content. This role collaborates with social media, DM, and EC departments and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.- External Collaboration: Independently complete agency briefs and collaborate with photographers, directors, KOCs, etc., ensuring the execution and delivery of external creative assets.
