Scope of work: Managing and taking overall responsibility for Lavis 18 Residence, directing and planning in order to maintain and improve the operations and service quality of the respective business units.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and stock up service utensil from washing area to store area
- Wipe with clean cloth, which is designed for dry clean utensil.
- Return chip, heavy scratch, food stain chinaware/cutlery back to steward department for rewash or discard under breakage report. Crew members pass breakage equipment to report line for signature.
- Welcome, guild guests to table and taking an order followed standard operation procedures
- Providing items suggestion, need to guild guest pay attention to “ Black Board ” beside the Menu, upsell special items in store / restaurant menus.
- Providing items suggestion, upsell special items in store / restaurant menus.
- Apply up selling skill by offering refill.
- Manage the Food & Beverage Department
- Drive revenue initiatives and implement cost effective actions
- Design personalised guests experiences journeys
- Establish and Control the Operational process in the respective departments
- Synergise the Operations within the Department
