Perform testing activities accurately according to given requirements in a professional and safe manner

Summarize test results in transparent, easily understandable and technically accurate and detailed test reports

Creating and improving SOPs for various test methods Keep supervisors informed about any arising issues, occurring during sample review or testing

Support and coordinate test equipment maintenance and calibration

Perform other duties and tasks as requested by Supervisors

Scrum Master support the Scrum team Vietnam in various ways to perform using the Scrum framework collaboration with Japan team. Support and facilitate for new Scrum team. Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice. Coaching the team member to become self-management and cross-functionality. Remove of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress. Helping in creating/managing backlogs. Helping with Scrum metrics collection.

Collaborate with the development/business team to understand product requirements and design test plans.  Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various platforms (web, mobile, desktop) using programming languages such as Java, Python.  Write and optimize code to enhance the automation framework and improve test coverage.  Implement and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing.  Execute and evaluate automated test cases to identify software issues.  Report and track bugs, and work with developers to resolve them.  Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential issues.  Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.  Ensure the final product meets quality standards before release.  Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written) is a must   Manual testing and automation testing will be flexible in work

As a developer, you will build new features and perform maintenance for the company's applications. Work daily with applications based on the Spring framework, developing features from the backend to the frontend. Participate in building system architecture, database design, and explore new technologies that meet the company's operational needs at each stage and the company's overall business strategy.
