Quản trị vận hành và Hành chính - Quản lý toàn diện cơ sở hạ tầng, trang thiết bị, dịch vụ hậu cần tại văn phòng MISA Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh; đảm bảo môi trường làm việc hiện đại, hiệu quả- Tổ chức và giám sát các hoạt động đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn cho con người và tài sản.- Tổ chức các sự kiện tại văn phòng như: Gala Gấu vàng, Sơ kết/Tổng kết,…- Lập kế hoạch ngân sách, quản lý và tối ưu chi phí vận hành tại Văn phòng.Quản trị nguồn nhân lực - Đào tạo và truyền cảm hứng cho CBNV về sứ mệnh, tầm nhìn, giá trị cốt lõi, văn hoá công ty;- Tổ chức các sự kiện/chương trình huấn luyện CB quản lý, CB kế cận theo chương trình của toàn hệ thống- Tổ chức các chương trình phúc lợi, chăm sóc sức khỏe, gắn kết tinh thần, tạo động lực cho đội ngũ nhân viên.- Quản lý các hoạt động teambuilding, sự kiện nội bộ, sinh nhật, hiếu hỷ..., tăng cường sự hài lòng và gắn bó của nhân viên- Tổ chức các hoạt động vinh danh, khen thưởng, thực thi các quyết định nhân sự tại Văn phòng đảm bảo tuân thủ nội quy, quy định Công tyĐối ngoại & Hợp tác đào tạo- Đại diện MISA thực hiện các hoạt động xúc tiến, xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng và tạo nguồn từ các trường, cơ sở đào tạo tại địa bàn văn phòng quản lý.- Đại diện Công ty làm việc với các cơ quan, đối tác liên quan đến trụ sở quản lý trong phạm vi quyền hạn được giao- Xúc tiến, ký kết các chương trình hợp tác đào tạo, tài trợ phần mềm, duy trì hợp tác với các trường & cơ sở đào tạo,… để đạt được chỉ tiêu hợp tác đào tạo.Truyền thông nội bộ- Tổ chức truyền thông toàn bộ các chủ trương, chính sách, nội quy, quy trình, quy định áp dụng trên phạm vi toàn công ty cho CBNV tại văn phòng.

- Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ đã có với khách hàng hiện hữu đang có giao dịch với VILC.- Khai thác mở rộng khách hàng mới.- Thẩm định và lập báo cáo đề xuất tín dụng trong phạm vi được phân công.- Thực hiện các hoạt động kiểm tra rà soát, tái thẩm định khách hàng.

Design và phát triển các ứng dụng cho Android platform;Hợp tác với nhiều team khác nhau (global) để xác định, thiết kế và xây dựng các chức năng mới;Làm việc với Data source và API được cung cấp bởi bên thứ 3;Thực hiện unit test cho ứng dụng, đảm bảo khả năng sử dụng và độ tin cậy chung;Sửa lỗi và cải thiện hiệu suất ứng dụng;Liên tục tìm hiểu, đánh giá và triển khai các công nghệ mới để tối đa hóa hiệu quả phát triển. 

System Design & Architecture:Define and oversee the architecture for scalable and maintainable NextJS applications.Lead the design of reusable, modular components and efficient state management solutions.Ensure best practices for responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI development.System Deployment & Maintenance:Manage the deployment of NextJS applications with SSR and API integrations.Work with Cloudflare, AWS S3, and other tools to ensure optimal performance.Development & Code Review:Write and review high-quality code, client-side rendering (CSR), and APIs.Mentor team members in advanced Node.js and NextJS techniques.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that improve operational workflows.Project Management:Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.Plan, prioritize, and manage the delivery of technical tasks within an Agile framework.Team Growth & Leadership:Mentor and train team members in both technical and professional skills.Encourage the team to stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends.Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team updated with evolving frontend trends.
