The QC/QA Manager will be responsible for contributing to manual test case management, communicating with related stakeholders and developing the application in cooperation with the product manager, working in the form of Squad, a small team can quickly and consistently engage in everything from design to development, testing and operation.Job Scope
Develop and lead the overall QC/QA strategy, including test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
Manage and mentor a team of QC/QA executives, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Oversee the performance of test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes.
Foster a high awareness of product quality within the team by improving system requirement definition accuracy and enhancing the UAT process.
Engage in projects at early stages to identify and address risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues promptly.
Implement measures to prevent the recurrence of problems, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.
Work closely with other departments, such as development and product management, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.
