PURPOSE OF POSITION

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Crafting product roadmaps through interaction with cross-functional teams, data analysis, competitor research and user insight.
• Balancing the strategic oversight of products throughout their life cycle, while attending to daily tactical business needs with a sense of haste and immediacy.
• Effectively monitor and regulate stock, predict and adjust inventory in accordance with corporate objectives, competitors and seasonal fluctuations. Foresee possible hazards and generate appropriate backup measures.
• Increasing profitability and market share through market analysis, portfolio development, tool
development and sales planning.
• Using existing tools to monitor and analyze market, assuring existence of competitive intelligence
within the region and giving feedback to relevant managers.
• Implementation of a product family strategy based on market requirements, applications and
positioning as well as technology innovation assessment and exploiting market opportunities.
• Analyzing customer needs for the defined product family, securing customer advantages/benefits, defining gaps and driving sales plans.
• Contributing to product launches and product approvals including phasing in new products and phasing out of old existing ones.
• Participating in the demand side budgeting process and contributing to product related activities e.g. training, fairs, exhibitions, presentations, seminars, publications, etc.

ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE - KOL/KOC/UGC GROWTH

ROLES:
A Product Supervisor monitor Manager's instruction and executes actions to meet PLC KPIs (Sell thru, Margin). He/ She also coordinate with other departments such as accounting, logistic, marketing, retail. Store support to ensure right product, right assortment and right allocation to hit monthly sales target.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
80% delicate for Product tasks
· Assist manager in market research and competitive analysis skills to understand the market.
· Follow up Approved budget.
· Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
· Prepare line sheet and look book.
· Coordination of logistics and distribution.
· Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipment.
· Planning and follow up LC and payment requests.
· Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.
· Master file management, send price proposal and implementation of pricing strategy.
· Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with decision making process and executing action plan with Manager.
· Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
· Sell through management and market analysis.
· Prepare PSM for other Departments (Sales Retail/ MKT), training plan & conduct training for Store team.
· Support in developing short and long term inventory plan.
· Support Product Manager and Brand Manager in request.
20% dedicated for Financial Forecasting Tasks (new projects)
· Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
· Analyze financial data on new projects and create financial models for managers’ decision support.
· Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
· Analyze past results, perform variant analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
· Additional tasks may be required following business needs
