Lead the ideation, development, planning, and execution of integrated brand marketing strategies across online and offline channels, driving user acquisition, engagement, and sustainable sales growth while enhancing brand presence and communication effectiveness
Define, manage, and evolve the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
Create and implement content strategies and messaging tailored for each platform (App, Web, Social Media, Email, etc.) aligned with brand objectives
Conduct market and user research to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and competitive trends
Lead, and mentor the marketing team to foster creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence
Establish clear, strategic marketing goals and KPIs that align seamlessly with overarching business objectives, ensuring brand growth, audience engagement, and measurable impact across all communication channels
Develop and oversee customer engagement initiatives that enhance retention, encourage at usage, and maximize lifetime value, driving sustainable brand growth and loyalty
Lead co-marketing programs with partners, including planning, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking
Monitor and analyze campaign and brand performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI
Manage the marketing budget, including media spend, agency fees, and campaign costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Biz Unit, and Operations teams to develop and execute well-integrated marketing initiatives that amplify brand impact, highlight product excellence & enhance customer engagement
Perform other duties and strategic projects as assigned by the Line Manager
