Đề xuất mục tiêu, kế hoạch hàng tuần, tháng, quý và cùng đội nhóm hoàn thành kế hoạch được giao + Kế hoạch kinh doanh: lượng traffic, doanh thu, số kênh phát triển các thị trường. + Kế hoạch nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm: số cách tiếp cận khách hàng mới, cách tăng đề xuất, cách tăng doanh thu mới.2. Thực hiện công việc chuyên môn + Thu thập, tổng hợp, phân tích và đánh giá các thông tin về thị trường (khách hàng mục tiêu, đối thủ cạnh tranh, xu hướng sản phẩm…) + Xây dựng và quản trị kênh Youtube.3. 1. Xây dựng hệ thống hành lang pháp lý áp dụng với các hoạt động của Công ty • Rà soát hoạt động của các bộ phận theo chức năng nhiệm vụ để xây dựng danh mục các quy định pháp luật mà các hoạt động của từng bộ phận cần tuân thủ. • Nghiên cứu các Luật, Nghị định, Thông tư,…có liên quan đến lĩnh vực hoạt động của công ty. Chịu trách nhiệm cập nhật, phổ biến, giải thích các từ ngữ pháp lý cho các bộ phận liên quan áp dụng. • Tư vấn, hướng dẫn các bộ phận xây dựng quy định, tiêu chuẩn của các hoạt động, nhằm đảm bảo tính hợp pháp cho từng hoạt động cụ thể theo chức năng nhiệm vụ từng bộ phận. • Soạn thảo, xây dựng các hợp đồng mẫu cho các hoạt động giao dịch, giao kết của doanh nghiệp. • Kiểm tra hệ thống chính sách, tài liệu do nội bộ phát hành, đảm bảo việc ban hành và thực thi phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.2. Đảm bảo các hồ sơ, tài liệu, hợp đồng, văn bản,... do Công ty ban hành, giao dịch, giao kết tuân thủ đúng Luật và tránh rủi ro tối đa cho doanh nghiệp. • Kiểm tra tính hợp quy, hợp pháp của các hoạt động kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp, các tài liệu, hồ sơ do các bộ phận ban hành/giao kết, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: Quy trình, quy định, tiêu chuẩn, hợp đồng, biên bản thỏa thuận, biên bản giao kết, chứng nhận, ….nhằm phát hiện các rủi ro, sơ hở pháp lý có thể gây thiệt hại cho doanh nghiệp trong hoạt động và giao dịch kinh doanh. • Kiểm tra, kiểm soát hồ sơ của nhà cung cấp khi ký hợp đồng mua hàng nhằm đảm bảo đầy đủ hồ sơ, tiêu chuẩn theo quy định pháp luật.3. Quản lý, thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý của Doanh nghiệp Thực hiện thủ tục pháp lý theo quy định của cơ quan chức năng liên quan đến việc việc mở mới, gia hạn, điều chỉnh thông tin, sát nhập, đóng cửa Công ty, chi nhánh, văn phòng đại diện, địa điểm kinh doanh,…theo thực tế hoạt động phát sinh tại doanh nghiệp. • Đề xuất các loại hình hoạt động của chi nhánh, địa điểm kinh doanh,…phù hợp với thực tế và mục tiêu của doanh nghiệp • Thực hiện thủ tục và chuẩn bị hồ sơ, quản lý hồ sơ cho các hoạt động của Hội đồng thành viên theo Điều lệ Công ty, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các hoạt động: Họp, biểu quyết, lấy ý kiến, ban hành Nghị quyết, quyết định, thông báo…. • Thực hiện thủ tục trình phê duyệt theo thẩm quyền quy định tại Điều lệ của Công ty cho các hồ sơ, tài liệu, chính sách, mà công ty ban hành, trong phạm vi chức năng - nhiệm vụ của bộ phận. • Hỗ trợ các phòng ban, bộ phận, siêu thị thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý với cơ quan chức năng liên quan theo quy định pháp luật. • Hướng dẫn, tiếp đón, xuất trình, giải trình hồ sơ liên quan đến hoạt động của công ty theo yêu cầu của đoàn kiểm tra, thanh tra. • Trực tiếp giải quyết/hỗ trợ bộ phận chuyên môn giải quyết các tranh chấp phát sinh/tham gia tố tụng (nếu có).

No plans this year for on-site to USA. - Design and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).- Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripts to automate software delivery from code commit to production deployment.- Manage Jenkins plugins, master/agent nodes, and pipeline libraries to ensure the stability and scalability of our CI/CD platform.- Troubleshoot and debug automation code and interconnected systems to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.- Manage core GCP services including Compute Engine, Managed Instance Groups (MIG), Disk Snapshots, Storage, and Artifact Registry to support our application ecosystem.- Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistency across development, testing, and production environments.- Implement and manage infrastructure as code, monitoring, and logging solutions to ensure high availability and performance of our systems.- Collaborate with development teams to improve the entire software development lifecycle, from code to production.- Develop and maintain workflows in Airflow to orchestrate complex data and application tasks.- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, participate in on-call rotation, perform root cause analysis and perform key maintenance activities quarterly.- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.- Strong expertise in managing and repaving Windows and Linux machines, ensuring security compliance through automated processes.- Skilled in implementing security compliance measures, including repaving infrastructure, key rotation, and periodic updates to meet industry standards.- Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems, including Prometheus, Cloud Monitoring, and PagerDuty, to ensure system reliability and proactive incident response.
