Đăng ký suất ăn, KTX, Canteen, Guest House cho khách/đối tác nội bộ.

Đặt vé máy bay, khách sạn, làm việc với phòng vé/đối tác; theo dõi & xác nhận công nợ liên quan.

Theo dõi & đối chiếu chi phí taxi, phương tiện vận chuyển, hóa đơn phát sinh thuộc GM/khách công tác.

3. Thực hiện & kiểm soát công việc thanh toán, PR/PO

Mở PR/PO cho các hạng mục văn phòng phẩm, thiết bị, dịch vụ chung.

Theo dõi và phối hợp phê duyệt PR/PO trên hệ thống SAP.

Nhận hàng, bàn giao & xử lý các chứng từ liên quan đến nghiệm thu – thanh toán.

Kiểm soát tạm ứng, hoàn ứng các khoản chi từ VP IT/TQL/không có admin riêng.

4. Theo dõi báo cáo & hệ thống Wyndham Corporate

Tổng hợp báo cáo hàng tháng.

Cập nhật dữ liệu lên hệ thống Wyndham.

Phối hợp thực hiện khảo sát, đánh giá, audit theo yêu cầu

5. Kiểm soát tài sản – chi phí nội bộ

Kiểm soát mua sắm, cấp phát VPP, tài sản văn phòng theo hạn mức.

Kiểm kê tài sản, hàng tồn kho, báo cáo hư hỏng/thanh lý.

Theo dõi công nợ, thực hiện bảng kê chi phí nội bộ theo kỳ.

6. Tờ trình & phê duyệt

Soạn tờ trình, trình ký theo yêu cầu GM hoặc các BP gửi lên.

Đảm bảo hồ sơ, căn cứ chứng từ đúng chuẩn trước khi trình cấp GM/CDT phê duyệt.

Kiểm tra CNPQ/ủy quyền khi cấp phê duyệt.
