Đảm bảo hình ảnh thương hiệu nhất quán, sáng tạo và thu hút đúng đối tượng khách hàng mục tiêu.

Trách nhiệm chính

Sáng tạo và xây dựng nội dung video:

• Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản chi tiết, format nội dung cho các video YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts,… theo định hướng truyền thông của chiến dịch.
• Viết voice script, caption, tiêu đề, hashtag chuẩn SEO và phù hợp xu hướng nền tảng.
• Đề xuất xu hướng nội dung (trend) phù hợp với thương hiệu Meey Land, tối ưu khả năng lan tỏa tự nhiên (organic reach).
• Phối hợp cùng team sản xuất video (quay – dựng – thiết kế) để hoàn thiện video đúng timeline và chất lượng.

Quản lý và phát triển kênh YouTube/TikTok:

• Lập kế hoạch phát hành nội dung định kỳ, duy trì tần suất đăng tải ổn định.
• Theo dõi chỉ số hiệu suất (views, watch time, CTR, engagement, followers) và đề xuất cải tiến nội dung, thời lượng, khung giờ đăng phù hợp.
• Quản lý hệ thống kênh: phân loại playlist, tag, tiêu đề và thumbnail tối ưu SEO.
• Phối hợp với team Digital để chạy quảng cáo tăng reach và subscribers khi cần.

Phối hợp triển khai đa kênh: Phối hợp với team Paid, Media, Design để triển khai nội dung trên nhiều nền tảng khác nhau, đảm bảo tính đồng bộ trong thông điệp và hình ảnh thương hiệu.

Theo dõi hiệu quả nội dung: Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả nội dung theo các KPI: CTR, CR, CPC, ROAS... để liên tục tối ưu và cải thiện.

Cập nhật xu hướng & nghiên cứu thị trường: Liên tục cập nhật xu hướng content, insight thị trường và hành vi người tiêu dùng trên các nền tảng digital.

Công việc phát sinh: Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo của Quản lý cấp trên.

• Plans and supervises daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance of all landscape areas, including beach, gardens, and staff compound.
• Maintains tools and equipment in good working condition and plans their periodic servicing.
• Manage and supervise outsourced contractors to ensure high work efficiency, good quality, and compliance with all regulations while working at Hyatt Hotel.
• Assists other gardeners when requested by the Team Leader.
