We are seeking a high-impact technology and product leader to spearhead Neyu’s digital transformation, infrastructure, software development, product innovation, and infrastructure management. This role will define and execute the technology and product roadmap, ensuring Neyu delivers world-class digital products with high performance, scalability, and user experience. The Head of IT department will oversee engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, infrastructure, and product management – bridging the gap between technology, business needs, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in software architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, product strategy, infrastructure, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Software Development Management: Define and execute the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with Neyu’s business goals.Architect scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions using best practices such as microservices and domain-driven design.Oversee software development teams working with Java, Golang, ReactJS, Postgresql, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and etc.Ensure high system reliability, uptime, and availability through proactive capacity planning, performance monitoring, and automation.Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation for seamless deployments.Tech Product Management: Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap to create cutting-edge MarTech, eCommerce, and digital platforms.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and optimization.Build and lead cross-functional tech product teams, including Tech Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Business Analysts.Work closely with business leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions and digital products.Develop MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and prototypes to validate ideas quickly.Define product performance KPIs and ensure continuous improvements based on data insights.Implement user-centric design principles to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Drive A/B testing, user testing, and feedback loops to improve product-market fit.IT Infrastructures Management: Manage multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, …) and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.Ensure optimal cost management of cloud resources while maintaining security and compliance.Lead network operations (NOC) and IT infrastructure teams to maintain a 24/7 high-availability environment.Oversee corporate IT, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and reliability.Manage company-wide hardware procurement (e.g., laptops, monitors, workstations) and software licenses.Ensure optimal performance networking, and internal communication tools.Implement asset management policies to track and maintain all corporate IT equipment.Oversee IT support teams, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.Develop and enforce corporate IT security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.Implement IT disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.Security, Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure Neyu’s tech infrastructure adheres to global security and data privacy standards.Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect customer data, corporate assets, and intellectual properties.Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.Establish disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) plans to mitigate risks.Ensure compliance with regional technology regulations in Asia, Latin America, and beyond.Data Management: Define data governance policies to ensure high-quality, structured, and accessible data. Oversee data infrastructure, pipelines, and warehousing to support business intelligence. Enable cutting-edge technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with data sovereignty laws and cross-border data transfer regulations.Leadership & Organizational Development:Build, lead, and mentor high-performing technology, product, and infrastructure teams. Develop a strong technical talent acquisition and retention strategy. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving. Represent Neyu at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Align with business leaders to drive technology adoption, change management, and digital transformation.Team Performance Management & KPI/KOR Development: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Operational Results (KORs) for IT divisions, including Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and Tech Product Management. Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify strengths/weaknesses, and propose strategies to optimize productivity. Develop a Performance Review System to foster teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with HR to create Career Development Plans for IT teams, enhancing both technical and leadership skills. Design incentive programs and performance-based rewards to retain top talent and drive motivation.
