1. Tham mưu & hỗ trợ điều hành cấp vùng:

• Tham mưu cho Chánh Văn phòng Điều hành trong việc tổ chức, điều phối và kiểm soát hoạt động điều hành chung của Văn phòng Điều hành Vùng Miền Nam.
• Phân tích tình hình vận hành, tổng hợp thông tin từ các đơn vị thành viên; đánh giá mức độ phù hợp với định hướng, mục tiêu điều hành của Ban Lãnh đạo.
• Tư vấn chiến lược cho lãnh đạo nhằm tối ưu quản trị hệ thống, nâng cao hiệu suất và giảm rủi ro vận hành.

2. Quản lý kế hoạch điều hành:

• Theo dõi tiến độ, phạm vi, chất lượng và rủi ro của dự án; đảm bảo dự án triển khai đúng mục tiêu, kế hoạch và định hướng chung.
• Đóng vai trò đầu mối điều phối giữa Văn phòng Điều hành, các phòng ban chức năng và đơn vị thành viên trong suốt vòng đời dự án.

4. Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa & kiểm soát hệ thống vận hành:

• Chủ trì hoặc phối hợp xây dựng, rà soát, cập nhật và chuẩn hóa hệ thống quy trình, quy định, SOP áp dụng thống nhất trong phạm vi Vùng.
• Đảm bảo các quy trình, quy định phù hợp với định hướng quản trị của Tập đoàn và tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp lý liên quan.
• Tổ chức đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ quy trình tại các đơn vị; tổng hợp kết quả, xác định điểm chưa phù hợp và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến.

5. Quản trị chất lượng & cải tiến liên tục:

• Thiết lập cơ chế theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả vận hành và chất lượng hệ thống quản trị nội bộ.
• Phối hợp triển khai các hoạt động đánh giá nội bộ, kiểm tra định kỳ/đột xuất về tuân thủ và hiệu quả quy trình.
• Đề xuất và theo dõi việc thực hiện các sáng kiến cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả điều hành và chất lượng vận hành cấp vùng.

6. Quản lý hệ thống tài liệu & lưu trữ số hóa:

• Xây dựng và quản lý hệ thống lưu trữ tài liệu điều hành tập trung, đảm bảo tính đầy đủ, bảo mật và khả năng truy xuất.
• Kiểm soát việc ban hành, cập nhật, lưu trữ và quản lý phiên bản các văn bản, quy trình, SOP.
• Triển khai và giám sát công tác số hóa hồ sơ, tài liệu điều hành theo định hướng chuyển đổi số của Tập đoàn.

7. Phối hợp quản lý hệ thống quản trị tòa nhà Sunhome:

• Phối hợp quản lý, giám sát hệ thống quản trị tòa nhà tại Sunhome theo định hướng điều hành và tiêu chuẩn chung của Sun Group.
• Tham gia xây dựng, rà soát và chuẩn hóa các quy trình, quy định, SOP liên quan đến quản lý vận hành tòa nhà (hành chính, kỹ thuật, an ninh, vệ sinh, dịch vụ cư dân… theo phạm vi quản trị).
• Theo dõi việc tuân thủ quy trình, tiêu chuẩn vận hành tại Sunhome; tổng hợp đánh giá và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện chất lượng quản lý tòa nhà.
• Phối hợp với đơn vị quản lý trực tiếp, các phòng ban chức năng và đối tác liên quan nhằm đảm bảo hệ thống quản trị tòa nhà vận hành ổn định, đồng bộ và hiệu quả.
• Tham gia đánh giá hiệu quả hệ thống quản trị tòa nhà Sunhome, đề xuất các sáng kiến cải tiến, tối ưu mô hình quản lý trong phạm vi vùng.

8. Phối hợp & hỗ trợ các đơn vị thành viên:

• Là đầu mối tiếp nhận, tổng hợp và hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến quy trình, hệ thống vận hành từ các đơn vị thành viên.
• Hướng dẫn, giải thích và hỗ trợ các đơn vị trong việc áp dụng quy trình, quy định và SOP đã ban hành.
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban chức năng để đảm bảo tính thống nhất và đồng bộ trong triển khai.

9. Công tác báo cáo & nhiệm vụ khác:

• Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ/đột xuất về tình hình điều hành, chất lượng hệ thống và tiến độ dự án theo yêu cầu
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Chánh Văn phòng Điều hành hoặc Ban Lãnh đạo.
