• Lập chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu như: Invoice, Packinglist, Bill of lading, làm CO trên hệ Ecosys & Comis, khai ISF, LOI, các mẫu form liên quan. • Kiểm tra, đảm bảo HS code, thuế nhập/xuất, thuế VAT trước khi lên tờ khai • Đảm bảo kế hoạch vận chuyển, xuất nhập hàng hóa cho công ty • Giao dịch với Khác hàng/ đại lý nước ngoài về vấn đề chứng từ, điều phối vận chuyển và giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh trong/sau quá trình vận chuyển hàng hóa.• Giao dịch với các bên dịch vụ (đại lý hãng tàu, vận tải, OPS, ngân hàng, CO, bảo hiểm,..) để đảm bảo quy trình XNK được thuận lợi• Chốt công nợ & theo dõi thanh toán cho các đối tác dịch vụ: hãng tàu, forwarder, đại lý.• Các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên.• Ưu tiên: biết khai báo trên phần mềm VNACCS và đã làm việc với Chi cục Hải Quan Hưng Yên, Bắc Ninh.

JOB PURPOSES

The Costing Supervisor will be responsible for setting up and maintenance of accurate process cost information, reconciliation of standard costs to actual costs, maintenance of perpetual inventory system, participating in the month end close and budgeting process, assisting Reporting & Performance Manager and other stakeholders with day-to-day operations and reporting requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Routine management:

• Perform month-end costing closing on SAP systems for two factories.
• Maintain standard costs for two factories yearly & Ad-hoc case.
• Track, analyse, and benchmark factory manufacturing and development overhead costs.
• Analyse the Variance of Industry Cost, Variance Logistic Cost, Price & Performance variance of materials, Volume variance, Mix variance, Non-operation cost analyst.
• Own the Supply Chain Financial Data (SCFD) and calculated Supply Chain KPIs monthly, weekly
• Track the price of all materials and the usage of all costing components in the production process
• Track the production and sales volume weekly/ monthly to ensure inventory movement and balances were reconciled with the general ledger.
• Simplify the process and define standardized process with all templates.

Customer relationship management

• To meet the satisfaction of customers through effective communication and assistance

• Examine and organize the conversion of financial statements of markets into VAS, IFRS, US GAAP.• Consolidate VinFast’s financial statements according to VAS, IFRS, US GAAP standards.• Complete the evaluation of transactions and events related to VAS, IFRS, US GAAP.• Audit and control reports of VF Manufacturing’s subsidiaries.• Consolidate data to estimate VinFast’s Profit and Loss according to VAS, IFRS, US GAAP.• Finalize internal reports: statement of profit and loss, transactions with VF Manufacturing’s stakeholders, etc.

3. Quản lý Chế độ Lương thưởng & Phúc lợi (C&B)
- Thiết kế, xem xét và thực hiện hệ thống tổng đãi ngộ cạnh tranh (Lương, Thưởng, Phụ cấp và Phúc lợi) phù hợp với mô hình hoạt động logistics.

- Kiểm soát Ngân sách Lao động và chi phí nhân sự, đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa chiến lược.

- Đảm bảo thanh toán lương, thưởng, bảo hiểm xã hội chính xác và kịp thời, đồng thời tuân thủ tất cả các chính sách theo luật định.

4. Quan hệ lao động & Tuân thủ pháp luật
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ Bộ luật Lao động Việt Nam, nội quy công chức và tất cả các quy định pháp luật liên quan.

- Trực tiếp xử lý các vấn đề kỷ luật, khiếu nại và tranh chấp lao động.

5. Phát triển tổ chức (OD) & Lãnh đạo nhóm

• Ensuring that all newly hired employees are properly screened, and that they received the hotel’s orientation program, are instructed in all F&B service procedures, and are informed of the rules and regulations.
• Check all employees regularly for their cleanliness, appearance, and that they take pride in their uniform and restaurant team.
• Recommend promotions and special awards.

• Be aware of clientele mix, seasonal periods and festivities and make recommendation to management for competitive analysis and budgeting purposes. Make actions plan to improve revenue depend on seasons.
• Maintain customers profile and preferences, files on birthdays and anniversaries then follow.
• Analyze daily reports with Assistant Managers.

C. Quản lý hàng hóa & chi phí

• Kiểm soát tồn kho , nguyên vật liệu và dụng cụ bar
• Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ, hạn chế thất thoát
• Lập kế hoạch đặt hàng
• Kiểm soát cost đồ uống theo định mức đề ra của công ty

D. Doanh thu & sáng tạo

• Phối hợp xây dựng menu đồ uống
• Đề xuất chương trình khuyến mãi, các món uống theo mùa
• Phân tích doanh thu bar và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện
• Upsell đồ uống, nâng cao giá trị bill trung bình
