Position objective:

Position responsibilities:
1/ Team leadership & management
- Lead and manage the AE team, setting performance goals, and overseeing the daily workflow of team members.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members' professional skills, ensuring high work quality.
- Optimize internal workflow processes to enable the team to work more efficiently.
2/ Account operations & data insight
- Handle client account activation requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Directly monitor and ensure the team strictly adheres to operating procedures and the company's data quality/compliance standards.
- Closely monitor and analyze client spending trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Compile and analyze customer data to prepare periodic reports.
- Maintain and update client records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and standardization within the CRM/OA system.
- Provide timely data insights to the Sales team and relevant stakeholders to support strategy and drive the usage and spending growth of advertising accounts.
3/ Payment & client support
- Assist clients in using advertising accounts and address any issues during the process.
- Assist clients with the invoice issuance process, ensuring compliance, and handling issues related to international payment procedures.
- Proactively monitor, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, and client-related financial matters.
Position Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role often works on cross-functional teams and is responsible for turning the project team’s goals into concrete success. This role also collaborate closely with the Maintenance & Facility Manager/ Engineering team ensures that the clubs’ physical infrastructure and aesthetic appeal are maintained to the highest standards when operating. As a PA to the CEO cum Legal Assistant, this dual-role position provides high-level executive support to the CEO while also handling legal and compliance administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage confidential and legal matters with discretion. You will be the central liaison between the CEO, legal counsel, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
• Handle confidential documents, contracts, and legal correspondence.
• Prepare board materials, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.

Procurement Support / Hỗ trợ Mua sắm: Assist in processing purchase requisitions (PRs) and orders (POs). Help source and compare supplier quotations.
Hỗ trợ xử lý Phiếu đề nghị mua hàng (PR) và Đơn đặt hàng (PO). Hỗ trợ tìm nguồn và so sánh báo giá nhà cung cấp.
Supplier Coordination / Phối hợp Nhà cung cấp: Support communication with vendors regarding orders, delivery, and documentation.

Administrative Tasks / Công việc Hành chính: File procurement documents and help update supplier databases/price lists.
