Marketing Executive is a unique role that offers an incredible opportunity for the right person to join the Marketing team, at Wink Hotel Can Tho. This role focuses on supporting and improving Wink Hotels Brand consistently by following and influencing Wink Hotels strategy, taking into consideration customer service, Wink tone of voice and accurate reporting. The Marketing Executive is also responsible for aligning, planning, managing, implementing and monitoring brand and marketing activities on-site in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and dotted reports to The General Manager and liaises closely with Sales and F&B department.
Responsibilities
Position Purpose
The Cluster Marketing and Communications Executive cum Admin Support plays a dual role in driving brand visibility and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the cluster. This position is responsible for producing brand-compliant visual content, managing social media engagement, and supporting the Cluster Commercial team with essential administrative functions.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
• Design basic graphic materials (e.g., flyers, posters, digital assets) requested by Operations and Commercial teams to support business initiatives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Hilton brand standards and guidelines set by the Brand Management team.
• Manage social media accounts for hotels within the cluster, including:
o Planning and executing campaigns aligned with business goals.
o Posting approved content and visuals.
o Engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
o Monitoring performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
Administrative Support
• Draft customer proposals and contracts in coordination with the Commercial team.
• Prepare travel authorization documents and assist with business trip arrangements.
• Process expense claims for the department in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage stationery inventory and place orders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the Cluster Commercial Director and team.
