II. Mục tiêu công việc

Chịu trách nhiệm về toàn bộ các khía cạnh kỹ thuật của sự kiện, đảm bảo hệ thống âm thanh, ánh sáng, trình chiếu và các thiết bị khác hoạt động ổn định, hiệu quả theo đúng kịch bản chương trình.

III. Trách nhiệm và Nhiệm vụ chính

1. Chuẩn bị trước sự kiện

• Nghiên cứu và khảo sát: Tham gia khảo sát địa điểm tổ chức, đánh giá các yêu cầu kỹ
• thuật dựa trên kịch bản và thiết kế sự kiện.
• Lập danh sách thiết bị: Lên danh sách chi tiết các thiết bị kỹ thuật cần thiết (loa, mixer, micro, đèn, máy chiếu, màn LED, v.v.) và vật tư tiêu hao.
• Kiểm tra và bảo trì: Đảm bảo tất cả thiết bị kỹ thuật (âm thanh, ánh sáng, hình ảnh, sân khấu) được kiểm tra, bảo trì định kỳ và sẵn sàng sử dụng.
• Chuẩn bị vật tư: Chuẩn bị dây cáp, phụ kiện, công cụ cần thiết cho việc lắp đặt.

2. Lắp đặt và Cài đặt (Setup)

• Lắp đặt hệ thống: Triển khai lắp đặt hệ thống âm thanh, ánh sáng, màn hình LED/máy chiếu, sân khấu, backdrop theo sơ đồ kỹ thuật và yêu cầu của sự kiện.
• Kết nối và cấu hình: Kết nối các thiết bị, cấu hình hệ thống để đảm bảo đồng bộ và tối ưu hóa chất lượng âm thanh, ánh sáng, hình ảnh.
• Chạy thử (Technical Rehearsal): Phối hợp với đạo diễn chương trình, MC, và các bộ phận liên quan để chạy thử toàn bộ hệ thống, đảm bảo mọi thứ hoạt động trơn tru. 

3. Vận hành trong sự kiện

• Điều chỉnh và giám sát: Vận hành bàn điều khiển âm thanh, ánh sáng hoặc các thiết bị trình chiếu trong suốt thời gian diễn ra sự kiện.
• Theo sát kịch bản: Tuân thủ kịch bản chương trình (cue sheet), điều chỉnh hiệu ứng âm thanh, ánh sáng phù hợp với từng tiết mục, phần phát biểu.
• Xử lý sự cố: Nhanh chóng phát hiện và khắc phục các sự cố kỹ thuật phát sinh ngay lập tức để không làm gián đoạn chương trình. 

4. Thu dọn và Hậu sự kiện

• Tháo dỡ thiết bị: Giám sát và trực tiếp tháo dỡ toàn bộ thiết bị sau khi sự kiện kết thúc.
• Bảo quản: Vận chuyển và sắp xếp thiết bị về kho, đảm bảo an toàn và đúng quy cách.
• Báo cáo: Lập báo cáo kỹ thuật sau sự kiện, ghi nhận các vấn đề đã xảy ra và đề xuất cải tiến.
