OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Reporting to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Officer plays a vital role in supporting COSMO’s recruitment and employer branding activities. This position requires a creative, young-minded individual who enjoys working with people and has the ability to turn ideas into engaging recruitment content.
The role focuses on talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, and communication, while also supporting HR engagement activities and administrative functions within the Talent Acquisition team. Creativity and teamwork are key in this role.
Duties may include but not limited to:- Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with Department Heads and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview and selection processes.
- Prepare and update recruitment tracking reports, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
- Create attractive job posts, graphics, and short videos for recruitment campaigns using Canva and basic video tools (CapCut, Canva, Tiktok etc.).
- Manage and post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to enhance employer branding.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, onboarding programs, and internal engagement events.
- Support employee activities such as monthly celebrations, company events, and team-building activities.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to HR and recruitment operations.
- Provide general support to the HR team in daily activities and projects as required.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Recruitment and Selection
- Actively source candidates through job boards, online channels, and social networks.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews, feedback collection, and selection updates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment files and candidate records.
Employer Branding & Creative Communication
- Design and publish eye-catching recruitment visuals, videos, and social media posts to attract candidates.
- Work with the HR team to plan and execute creative hiring campaigns and storytelling content.
- Contribute ideas for improving candidate experience and brand engagement.
Employee Engagement & HR Activities
- Support HR in implementing colleague engagement activities, including birthday events, service awards, or themed celebrations.
- Assist in internal communication efforts to promote a positive and fun work environment.
- Participate in planning and executing HR or company-wide events.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Prepare and file HR-related documents, including new hire forms and onboarding materials.
- Support visa, contract, and onboarding paperwork when necessary.
- Maintain and update recruitment and event expense tracking.
- Provide timely administrative support to ensure team efficiency.
