1. Purpose of the RoleThe ESG Coordinator supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs across the factory operations. This role ensures compliance with internal policies, customer standards, and international certifications (e.g., GRS, Higg FEM, MRSL) while driving employee engagement and sustainable development initiatives.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. ESG Training and Awareness- Coordinate and deliver training programs on Health & Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility.- Prepare training materials, video, and awareness campaigns for all factory levels.- Record, monitor, and evaluate training effectiveness with regular reporting to direct superior.B. Supply Chain Compliance Control- Monitor supplier compliance with ESG, labor, and environmental standards in alignment with customer and Group requirements.- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and corrective action follow-up.C. Chemical Management & MRSL Compliance- Control and monitor all chemical usage within the facility to ensure compliance with ZDHC MRSL, brand RSL/MRSL, and local environmental regulations.- Support chemical inventory management, SDS documentation, and periodic review of supplier chemical conformity certificates.- Participate in risk assessments, chemical substitution programs, and training sessions for responsible chemical handling.D. GRS Certification Maintenance and Customer audit- Maintain and renew Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification by ensuring traceability of recycled materials and proper documentation control.- Collect and verify supplier GRS transaction certificates (TCs) and related records.- Coordinate with certification bodies during annual audits and follow up on findings on GRS and others.E. ESG Data Control and Reporting- Manage ESG data collection (energy, water, waste, chemical, safety, social indicators) through the company’s ESG Data Management System.- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of data for ESG Dashboard, partner platforms.- Support data visualization and performance tracking via Power BI dashboards or equivalent tools.F. ESG Activities and Communication- Coordinate ESG and community activities.- Prepare internal communications, posters, and materials to promote sustainability awareness.- Support ESG documentation for customer visits, reporting, and audits.

Đảm bảo tính nhất quán với người dùng và tối ưu hóa để tăng trải nghiệm và hiệu quả chiến dịch.• Theo dõi, báo cáo hiệu quả chiến dịch và phối hợp các phòng ban liên quan, hỗ trợ chi nhánh/khách hàng/đối tác và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Engineer backend systems and APIs using latest web technologies (e.g. Nodejs). Design and implement database schema to support requirements of web applications. Develop tools that allow us to build and test more quickly. Analyze, propose and deploy relevant technologies to achieve the requirements.

Nghiên cứu xây dựng, triển khai chiến lược ứng dụng CNTT, đổi mới sáng tạo và chuyển đổi sốVai trò, số lượng: - Vai trò: Xây dựng và tổ chức triển khai chiến lược ứng dụng CNTT, đổi mới sáng tạo và chuyển đổi số của NHNN và ngành Ngân hàng.- Số lượng: 01 người thực hiện:- Nghiên cứu, xây dựng, trình ban hành, triển khai các chính sách, chiến lược, kế hoạch, tiêu chuẩn, quy định, hướng dẫn về phát triển khoa học, công nghệ, đổi mới sáng tạo và chuyển đổi số của NHNN và ngành Ngân hàng.- Nghiên cứu, đánh giá và đề xuất việc ứng dụng các công nghệ mới (như trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), chuỗi khối (Blockchain), điện toán đám mây (Cloud Computing), dữ liệu lớn (Big Data), Internet vạn vật (IoT),…) trong NHNN và ngành Ngân hàng.- Theo dõi, kiểm tra, tham gia các đoàn kiểm tra tình hình thực hiện các văn bản chính sách, quy định về phát triển khoa học, công nghệ, đổi mới sáng tạo và chuyển đổi số.- Tổng hợp báo cáo tình hình thực hiện chính sách/văn bản của các tổ chức tín dụng, các đơn vị NHNN về phát triển khoa học, công nghệ, đổi mới sáng tạo và chuyển đổi số.

Thực hiện đánh giá, kiểm soát an ninh an toàn thông tin cho các sản phẩm dịch vụ, nghiên cứu, phát triển và tư vấn áp dụng các công nghệ bảo mật cho sản phẩm.Tham gia triển khai theo quy trình đánh giá bảo mật, kiểm thử xâm nhập đối với ứng dụng và hệ thống hạ tầng CNTT cho nội bộ, khách hàng.Thực hiện rà quét lỗ hổng bảo mật và thực hiện penetration testing ứng dụng Web/Mobile (OWASP), các hệ thống core tài chính inhouse và các giải pháp bên thứ 3. Tìm kiếm các 0day, 1day trên các giải pháp finance enterprise, open source.Tham gia tư vấn, triển khai security vào trong kiến trúc các giải pháp đã và sắp triển khai.   Tham gia đào tạo Secure Coding, xây dựng văn hóa DevSecOps. Thực hiện đánh giá black box, white box, gray box đối với ứng dụng web, mobile, hệ thống máy chủ, network,..Đưa ra được bằng chứng khai thác thành công các lỗ hổng, hướng dẫn fix lỗ hổng, kiểm tra lại hệ thống, ứng dụng, dịch vụ sau khi fix.Thực hiện rà quét lỗ hổng trên các hệ thống, ứng dụng, source code định kỳ và đưa ra hướng dẫn fix cho nội bộ và khách hàng.Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý trực tiếp.

-Phối hợp rà soát, cập nhật, bổ sung các tài liệu về quy chế, chính sách, quy trình, hướng dẫn của Trung tâm tuân thủ các quy định của Pháp luật, Ngân hàng Nhà nước về an ninh thông tin và an ninh mạng.-Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp thực hiện kiểm tra đối với hệ thống CNTT của Trung tâm, đảm bảo tính tuân thủ với các quy định và tiêu chuẩn về an ninh bảo mật.-Tham gia công tác đánh giá rủi ro về an ninh thông tin và an ninh mạng.-Tham gia các công tác đánh giá, phân loại hệ thống Công nghệ thông tin (CNTT) của Trung tâm.-Hỗ trợ thực thi các chính sách, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật liên quan tới an toàn thông tin. -Lập báo cáo tình hình an ninh thông tin và an ninh mạng định kỳ hoặc theo sự vụ.-Xây dựng các kịch bản xử lý ATTT, các tài liệu về an ninh, an toàn thông tin theo yêu cầu.-Vận hành các ứng dụng kiểm soát bảo mật.

Lead the analysis, design, and modeling of business processes using BPMN, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals. Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective project controlling together with stakeholders. Collaborate with clients and the project team to gather requirements, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement in current operational processes. Implement modeled processes using BPM tools like Camunda (Camunda 8 preferred). Architect and guide the development of modern backend applications (Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin) to support process execution and scalability. Coordinate with the frontend team to ensure a consistent and effective user experience. Bring strong DevOps experience, including deploying applications into production environments and setting up robust logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure reliability and maintainability. Participate in the team's daily Scrum/Kanban activities: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Test and propose new technologies to increase performance or improve the software development process. Document solutions, share knowledge internally, and assist in training other team members.
