- Lập kế hoạch và theo dõi dòng tiền hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng.
- Đánh giá nhu cầu tiền mặt, đảm bảo thanh khoản cho các hoạt động của doanh nghiệp.
- Phối hợp với kế toán công nợ để theo dõi và đôn đốc thu chi đúng hạn.

2.2. Làm hồ sơ vay vốn và quan hệ ngân hàng
- Chuẩn bị và hoàn thiện hồ sơ tín dụng vay vốn cho công ty hoặc cho cá nhân chủ đầu tư (nếu cần).
- Làm việc và duy trì quan hệ với các ngân hàng, tổ chức tín dụng.
- Theo dõi tình trạng giải ngân, lịch trả nợ và các nghĩa vụ tài chính liên quan.
- Cập nhật các sản phẩm vay vốn, lãi suất và điều kiện vay từ các ngân hàng.
- Đảm bảo Công ty tuân thủ các nghĩa vụ tài chính (trả nợ gốc, lãi vay, nghĩa vụ hợp đồng, thanh toán các khoản đến hạn….)
- Soạn thảo, thu thập, kiểm tra và hoàn thiện hồ sơ cần thiết, cung cấp cho tổ chức tài chính (TCTC), phối hợp với các TCTC hoàn tất hồ sơ và chịu trách nhiệm giải trình số liệu khi có yêu cầu.
- Quản lý, lưu trử hồ sơ vay vốn đúng quy định công ty và pháp luật.
- Kiểm tra, đánh giá và báo cáo tình hình thực hiện kế hoạch tài chính theo định kỳ, tình hình sử dụng vốn – tài sản, chi phí vốn vay, lịch trả nợ cho Ban lảnh đạo.
2.3. Hỗ trợ công việc của CFO
- Hỗ trợ thu thập, tổng hợp số liệu và phân tích tình hình tài chính, hiệu quả đầu tư.
- Tham gia xây dựng ngân sách, kế hoạch tài chính, kế hoạch đầu tư.
- Soạn thảo các tài liệu, báo cáo tài chính theo yêu cầu của CFO.
- Hỗ trợ tổ chức họp, chuẩn bị hồ sơ, tài liệu trình ban điều hành.
2.4. Các công việc khác
- Tham gia phối hợp kiểm toán, thanh tra khi có yêu cầu.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

Job overview:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of retail stores. Ensure proper staffing at all stores as well as train employees to enhance their job performance and retention.
Conduct inventory analysis to ensure optimal stock levels. And must also visit retail locations to evaluate the sales performance and level of customer satisfaction of each store.
Job Duties:
1. Operation:
- Manage the store performance to achieve target of sales and all KPIs related to sales.
- Inventory and control import and export of goods.
- Control stock and order.
- Check out the promotions at the time of application and persistently disseminate to employees.
- Proactive inventory management to increase sales.
- Always fully aware of the inventory of all product lines and report ly to the Retail Operation Manager, predict product accumulation and shortages, and maintain as reasonable as possible.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the store's assets.
- Responsible for timely reporting to the Retail manager to fix problems that do not affect sales activities.
2. Sales Management:
- Support Retail Operation Manager to plan to grow sales in the store.
- Support Retail Operation Manager to develop an annual budget that keep track of all expected expenses and sales.
- Optimize in-store sales by ensuring inventory is available, and regularly rearranging goods in the store.
- Cooperate with Retail Operation Manager to develop sales strategy based on market trends, sales goals and invemtory control.
3. Customer Service
- Ensure that each member of the store provides an excellent service to each customer entering the store, consistent with the Brand's customer service standards.
- Sales growth through suitable services for all customers.
- Always be present and resolve internal problems at the store in case of a conflict.
- Ensure that all customers are served properly.
- Implement this strategy with a quality-oriented sales policy and customer service.
