- Comply with laws and internal standards/requirements related to employment documents (personal profiles, labor contracts, decisions, appendices, etc.).
- Ensure payroll is processed with all supporting documents properly verified and approved, and that the payroll system follows the set-up. Complete time attendance and leave reports.
- Ensure promised benefits are available, easily accessible, and timely for employees.
- Follow up on clearance procedures for resignations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential personnel files and records for all employees efficiently.
- Build strong relations with external contacts related to assigned tasks (Insurance, Labor authorities, etc.).
- Monitor the leave data system and ensure timely reports and analysis are provided to management for clearance or salary settlement as required.
- Administer the Performance Appraisal Programme, maintain up-to-date records of staff PDPs and performance reviews in their files, and keep online files available for use at any time.
- Monitor HR rosters and attendance records for payroll approval.
- Liaise with Social Insurance and Labor authorities, and update new laws and regulations as required.
- Coordinate with Payroll Master to complete social insurance procedures, review salaries, bonuses, and other benefits for employees.
- Recommend or initiate any HR-related actions where needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Assistant Director of Human Resources

OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The F&B Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage service areas, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager, this position supports team coordination, supervises service delivery, manages guest interactions, and ensures adherence to hygiene and quality standards. The F&B Supervisor serves as the point of contact during shifts, ensuring staff are well-prepared and motivated to provide outstanding service in line with the organization’s brand values.
