Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable insights, particularly in player behavior, campaign effectiveness, and operational trends. The role ensures timely and accurate reporting to various departments (e.g., Business Development, MarCom, IT, Finance), helping optimize business strategies and enhance customer engagement. It also includes maintaining dashboards, preparing data for executive decision-making, and collaborating with teams to support ongoing and ad hoc analytical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and validate player data across platforms for reporting and analysis.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to player performance, campaign results, and service KPIs.
• Identify trends in player behavior, including segmentation, frequency, and preferences.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Rewards Club, MarCom, Finance, and IT teams to align on data sources and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports to support strategic planning.
• Track player visit frequency, turnover, and W/L performance across tiers.
• Follow up with teams regarding inactive players, birthdays, and special engagement triggers.
• Prepare guest data for personalized campaign follow-up.
• Perform data checks for loyalty program eligibility (Up/Down grade status).
• Assist in CMS data structuring and system accuracy (in collaboration with IT).
• Analyze and interpret feedback from player surveys and report to relevant teams.
• Work with marketing and design teams to provide performance data to guide promotions.
• Maintain and update player databases ensuring data quality and completeness.
• Support tournament and event planning by analyzing historical participation and preferences.
• Collaborate with MKT Admin to ensure performance tracking of Business Development invitations and campaign outreach.
• Prepare materials, data insights, and documentation for executive reporting and strategic reviews.

- Phân công ca làm việc, khu vực phụ trách cho nhân viên buồng phòng.
- Theo dõi tiến độ làm phòng, đảm bảo đúng quy trình và thời gian quy định.
- Hỗ trợ tổ trưởng giám sát chất lượng vệ sinh phòng và khu vực chung.
- Trực tiếp tham gia làm phòng.
Kiểm tra & kiểm soát chất lượng
- Kiểm tra phòng sau khi dọn (phòng khách lưu trú, phòng check-out).
- Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn sạch sẽ, sắp xếp đúng quy định khách sạn.
- Phát hiện, báo cáo và xử lý các sự cố hư hỏng trong phòng.
Quản lý tài sản & vật tư
- Kiểm soát đồ amenities, linen, thiết bị làm phòng.
- Theo dõi hao hụt, đề xuất bổ sung vật tư kịp thời.
- Nhắc nhở nhân viên sử dụng đúng, tiết kiệm và bảo quản tài sản.
Đào tạo & hỗ trợ nhân sự
- Hướng dẫn nhân viên mới về quy trình làm phòng.
- Nhắc nhở, chỉnh sửa tác phong làm việc cho nhân viên.
- Đề xuất khen thưởng/kỷ luật khi cần thiết.
Phối hợp bộ phận
- Phối hợp với lễ tân về tình trạng phòng (check-in/check-out).
- Làm việc với bộ phận kỹ thuật khi có sự cố.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý yêu cầu đặc biệt từ khách.
Báo cáo
- Báo cáo tình hình công việc, nhân sự, sự cố cho tổ trưởng/giám sát.
- Ghi nhận phản hồi của khách liên quan đến bộ phận buồng phòng.

Bartender is the creative and charismatic host of our bar, responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering outstanding guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. This role combines expert mixology skills with a warm, engaging personality to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers, and spirits, according to established recipes and standards. Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control in every drink.
Guest Interaction & Sales: Greet guests warmly, provide knowledgeable menu recommendations, and engage in friendly conversation to enhance the guest experience. Actively promote beverages and up-sell where appropriate.
Bar Operations & Inventory: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station. Manage inventory of beverages, garnishes, and supplies. Follow proper cash handling and payment processing procedures.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws regarding responsible alcohol service. Ensure the bar area is clean and complies with health and sanitation standards at all times.
- Act as the senior decision-maker on duty, proactively managing escalated guest issues, service recovery, and operational challenges.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence at the lobby and guest-facing areas to ensure service consistency and brand representation.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Revenue, and Reservations to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Drive upselling initiatives and promote revenue awareness within the Front Office team.
- Monitor guest feedback across online platforms and ensure timely, professional responses to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
